Knox and Albanowski GC built my home in 2007, I was overly pleased with the attention to detail, craftsmanship and overall quality of their work. From design to build, punch list to completing any items that required attention a year later, the team of Glenn Knox and Al Albanowski were there when we needed them. This was our first experience working with a General Contractor, and I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends and family. We feel very fortunate to have chosen K&A General Contracting for our home. As our family grew we considered putting on an addition to our existing home, which we again turned to K&A. Al and Glenn took a consultative approach to our project. We added on to our home extending our foundation, first and second floors adding close to 1200 finished square feet. The process, construction of the actual addition and finished project exceeded expectations. You would never know by looking at our home that an addition was put on. If I had to say one of the reasons why I continue to make K&A my first call when it comes to anything related to my home, is that they are there for me when I need them. Not sure if we will ever build another home, but if we did we would strongly consider K&A Dreamhomes as our general contractor.
